Only info on window or parts was on latch(GA) about 15 years old

I need some PGT parts for some double hung windows. They are small white plastic parts that keep the windows from going from side to side. I have included 3 photos- one of the parts that are broken. One of the part correctly installed and the latch with the PGT logo. I would take up to 20 or may ... (cont.)

I am looking to replace some broken window sash locks. The 90-005 appears to be the closest that I have seen, can you confirm? Thank you for your help.

I am planning to paint interior aluminum windows black and would prefer to order a sash lock. I think what I need from you is 90-005. Can you please confirm? My screw holes are 2 1/4 on center. Thanks Angela

These Sunair windows have to endure high winds and dirt is getting underneath and to the side of lower rubber seal, it's hardened and looks short. Do you sell replacement seals? I think the windows are about 17" wide.
