90-005 Window Sash Lock, 2-1/4"

what is the difference between the 90-005 and the 90-009? Our window locks have the name alenco on the top and our house was built in 1991 (texas).

I have Alenco Winddows that are approximately 25 years old that have sash locks with a hole spacing of 7/8 inch, length of 1 1/2 inches and height of 7/16 inch. Are replacement locks availabble?

the 90-005 image shows only the lock, nothing in the description. are the 2 mounting screws included?
