my home was built in 1992 i have several of these locks needing to be changed where they been broken off where can i find the replacement locks for these "ALENCO" locks ?

I have approximately 12 windows with this lock broken, width is approximately 2 3/4 inch. Can you suggest replacement? Thanks

Grip bar snapped off. Need a replacement. Couldn't tell if it was the 90-005 or the 90-009. What is the difference between the two?

I have some window locks that have broken, the builder said they were alenco windows and it looks like they are made of aluminun. How do you measure the lock?

I have Traco model TR5000 windows in an apartment builing that need some help. I have been told that Traco does not support this model. I will need all of the different parts, spiral balances, tilt latches, etc. Do you have a list of the parts that fit this model? Thanks, Bob

Hello, I think this part matches the parts on my moms aluminum windows on a Jose built in 1991. From what I read it sounds like many other people have had the same problem wth a derive alloy and the lock crumbles. I need to replace all the locks if the house and that will be about 29 of the part ... (cont.)

Hi, I am looking at your 90-005 and 90-009. Are they interchangeable or am I "hosed" if I order the wrong one. I think that the 90-005 is the one I need according to your picture (it has no ridge along the edge of the lock piece......). SUNAIR ALUMINUM CORPORATION

Good morning, I'm looking for two 27" sash balances and a latch for two aluminum windows. I've attached images two of each end of the sash balance and the latch. Thank you for posting. I see you have purchased the 90-005 Window Lock. Did this not work as a replacement for these locks? I see also you have a left and right side. Our window locks are non-handed.
