Hi , we have about 30 windows we are trying to restore , all need these spring arm's and other parts attached to it replaced , I've never worked with this style of window, can you help ? M

I purchased the 90-005 sash lock which looks and installs great but the tab isn't long enough to go all the way under the glazing of the top sash rendering it somewhat useless. Is there another model with a longer tab?

I need 6 of this part or an equivalent please. They appear to be cast aluminum.

Hi, I am looking for a few of these Viking sweep latch locks for my windows. The measurement from each screw hole is 2 and 3/16 inch the sweep is 1 1/1/4 inch

All of my windows have these and suddenly they each break every time we open/close a window.

Of my seven similar windows, 3 have broken parts of the type shown in the photos.I'll be looking for a window repair person to repair the windows.Great if you could provide Swisco part numbers.Thanks,Krause

A number of sliding window latches on my original 1980s sliders have broken or otherwise failed. The mount on the edge of the window in one of two tracks in the aluminum frame. We've had this latch piece for a while, the only identifier is an MDC 7 wording inside a Texas state symbol. Its two pieces but the whole has broken at the turning point.
