Hello, needing to replace my Gapco window latch. My windows are approx 30yrs old. They open vertically up & down.

Please let me know what kind of Chanel balance I need to order. There are no numbers shown on the old balances.

I'm looking for replacement parts for my window lock hardware. It says Sunair Aluminum Corporation. 3 inches long and less than an inch wide. I don't see a part number. Is there a way to attach a photo?

Window latch for Pennco windows

Broken catch on double hung window. 24000 is stamped on header.

I have 2 identical NUAIR windows that all have broken top slides and are all missing both balance mechanisms. The label on the window frame indicates they are a 900 series windows, DH-R40 with a MST number 4565 and were installed in 1995. The outside dimension of the bottom window including the me ... (cont.)

I ordered the 90-063B but it was too thick. The photo with the ink pen is what I purchased but the photo labeled C is what we need. Can you help to identify if you have anything that would be compatible?

Our windows face West and get very hot in the summer. They are 28 years old and one of the latches doesn't reach under the window. It pushes the window out. Please see the photos for length and dimension. What part do you recommend? Thank you.
