I figured that out. Ended up puchasing the metal corner piece from a local hardware store. Have not attempted the disembly of the screen door corner or the repair yet. Thanks for the feedback. Jon

Hello, I need to replace the broken the roller corner brackets on a screen door. I have tried several sources but have been un able to find this odd size. They are plastic brackets, they measure 1/2" thick by 1-1/2 wide- meaning that is the inside dimensions of the screen frame. they are 3-1/2 by ... (cont.)

Roller holding pieces are all broken

I am trying to replace the corner pieces on my screen door. The frame is in good shape - but the adjustment screws and corner pieces are stripped / worn. photos attached Can you please tell me what piece I need? thanks bob

The Corner Number 95-020 looks just like the Original, but your's is 2 an 13/16 in. / mine is 2 an 15/16 in. The other dimension is 2 an 3/4 in, the same Roller number 84-016 looks the same, but ours is mettle not nylon. Hope this is enough information ! Richard

This is the corner piece for my screen door and the roller attaches to it. It has the number 6 on it and no other markings other than Pat Pend. One corner piece broke at the section where it connects to the roller.

My roller matches your 1 and 1/4 inch roller: Product Code: 84-016. The problem is my tention screw spins but does not retract the pivot point that this product attaches to.
