Looking for 29" non tilt block and tackle window bal 5/8"" stamp P28-3 top sash guide and bottom part. I already have the window balance.

Have sent a new email picture today at2:05 pm 5/15/17 about torque bar bushing and top slide. They look like 36-018 and 18-033. Please check. Iwill need 2 torque sets and 4 top slide torque bar bushing looks like 36-018 need two sets top slide looks like 18-033 need four PLEASE CHECK FOR ME ... (cont.)

I have a broken channel balance but was able to find that part (S351-31), but I'm having trouble finding the correct sash guide. I think it may be 18-018, but not certain. Can you take a quick look at the attached and let me know? I'm not sure on the make/model of the window - it's an older home ... (cont.)

I need some 1/2" Wide Channel Balances series 350 i think, so i am sending some photos just to be sure. On the metal channel that is exactly 20" long measured, there is "19B" inscription. If i refer to the 350 series it should be 19xx option number 10 20 30 or 40 is that number the spring strength ? ... (cont.)

I'm ordering S380-24. But, I need to replace a broken top sash guide, too. Which top sash guide is for S380-24? The weight of the sash is 13 lbs. Is 2330 the right option?
