This is a Florida window and the 15-029 custom shoe is an exact size match. I assume that custom shoe would go on a S380-37 with the 3640 option, confirm? I only need one balance to replace the broken one. As far as the top sash guides, these are the ones that are closest: 18-044, 18-161, and 18-01 ... (cont.)

We have a house built in 2010 in Sarasota FL. One of the channel balances on a window is broken. The metal part of the channel balance is 29". I believe that I need the #380 channel balance. The length of the metal part is 24" and the width is 1/2". The #2320 is stamped in the metal. Hello, I need to order 4 of these exact slides to replace mine. All of them are the exact same. The seem to say 27 2 LO Caldwell stamped on each of them. The metal part is 1/2 wide by 28 inches long. I need 2 29' channel balance and 4 27' channel balance and 8 sashes. I included pictures of exactly what I need.
