2830 BSI channel balance
Hi, I have a broken channel balance I need to replace. It is stamped 2830 BSI. I think this is equivalent to your model 380 Channel Balance? A plastic wing is broken off one side. Replacement Parts Needed
I have two types of "window locks" that are needed. Non-Tilt Window sash channel assemblies
I am looking at purchasing channel assemblies for my windows. They are non tilt. I believe the first set I need will be the 19" Series 350 Channel Balance Product Code: S350-19. I have Milgard windows and need to replace 2 channel balances. they are marked 18 6 KV CMC 2 and are 18" long. look like your series 350 my sash weight is 24 lbs. Which of your balances matches?

How To Measure Channel Balances
First, measure the metal part only, this will determine the balance length. Then, give us any numbers printed on the balance. Last, take a look at the balance shoes (attachments) and see if you can match them to a set Swisco carries (this will determine the balance series).

Channel balance options
I want to order a 19' series 350 channel balance. When I go to "continue", it asks me for an option #. What does that mean? In this case, 1810, 1820, 1830, 1840.
