S351-29 29" Series 351 Channel Balance

I believe I need a series 351 with a 19-002 top and a 15-002 shoe. They are stamped with 1640 and 2840. Please advise. Thank you for your time.

I do need a set of channel balances--my failed one measures 1/2" across by 29" in length, and are stamped "28 3 Caldwell EM". Stamp is 28 3 Caldwell BM does this correspond to a 2830 of you part #? Channel length of 29", 1/2" wide. sash is 34 W x 30 H
