S351-32 32" Series 351 Channel Balance

The window balancer of my windows cannot hold the window when I push the window up. I need to find the right one to replace it. I have 4 balancers should be replaced.

I have several vertical sliding windows from the 1990s. They are double-pane glass windows, with a screen either between the panes or, in some cases, on the exterior side. The only identifying number I can see on these spring loaded balances is 3150 B.S.I.

We just replaced this channel balance a year ago. The size of the window is 25" wide and 35" tall. It appears that the cable broke. I tried to send you as much information as I could in the photos. The numbers on the part say 3140 CJ Please advise.

My channel balance is 32" long and 1/2" wide. There is a 3130 stamp on the old channel balance. The top fitting matches the 19-002 part but I measured the bottom fitting at 1 1/16". I'm not sure if I need the S350, S351, S390, or one of the other series numbers. I have included pictures of the fitti ... (cont.)

Hi there, I am wondering how you measure the depth of the shoe of the balance. I think for 351 it says the depth of the shoe is 1 and 1/8 inch, but I am not sure where you are measuring---can you please let me know?
