Hello there, I am looking for that exact model of balance top for a very common 9/16"-wide channel balance. Somehow I do not find it in your catalog? 3/8" is not wide enough. Thanks!

Please help me to find the correct channel balance and corner piece (top winged 27mm by 18 by 30mm)

Not able to find any name or number, but I looked on the catalog and the closest part I could find was 18-176. The measurements on the top are 1 1/8 by 5/8 with a length of 1 1/4. These measurements are + and -.

this came out of current working window I need to find suitable replacement parts

I need 13 pairs of balances and top sashes ..Do you have these parts and will I be able to get a discount..I send the length,width and number on it .

Many on the sash balance did not have any markings. I included a sticker that was on the window related to inspection.

I am looking to replace the channel balances on 9 identical non-tilt windows and would like to know, what determines the 'series' of channel balance to use? My balances are of the 1/2" (9/16") variety, are 29" long, and look to have the 15-003 shoe and 19-002 guide. Thank you for your help and time ... (cont.)

None of the sash guides on your website seem to match mine exactly--they have no numbers, stamps, or marks. Two pics with measurments (in inches) are attached. They fit our school windows, aluminum 2 pane, mid 70s (maybe) vintage. Thanks for your help--Mike
