Not sure which would be the correct replacement part

I believe this is the 30" Series 377 Channel Balance S377-30 with the 2910 option with the Top Sash Guide Pair, Pan Am 18-042 am I correct at what I plan on ordering? thank you

Need new balances and stops for top of windows

I am in need of these balances, they resemble the 377 and the 371 but not quite due to the top portion of the balance.

I would like to replace all the hardware on my 9 windows. All have the same top and bottom plastic brackets in 29' and 35' metal lengths. The Metal is 9/16' wide.
