S380-17 17" Series 380 Channel Balance

Can you please assist with determining the replacement part for a Unique c-30 window balance manufactured around 2007 and 17' inches in length. I ordered replacement channel balances S350 (S350-17 and S350-19) for my mother but they aren't correct shoe types (too wide). Please help identify the shoe type and advise the easiest way to exchange the parts for the correct ones. Also, since I threw the original ones away for one of the windows ... (cont.)

I have a 23 inch balance with a number 2230 off a sash that weighs 17.2 pounds and a 17 inch balance with a number 1620 off a sash that weighs 9.2 pounds. Since these are close to the maximum weight allowed, should I order the the 2230 and 1620 or should I order the next size 2240 and 1630. Th ... (cont.)

My balancers look like the 380 series. The metal part is 17" long and is stamped with 16E USB. The sash weighs 22lbs. It looks like the balancers only go up to 19 lbs, though. Do you have one that will work for me?

Hello, I have a Kinco window that has a channel designation 16 3 HW CMC 7 this is the channel on the right side that has the string broken. I have a non tilt balance that has 16 3 BP CALDWELL stamped on it. It measures 17" (metal part only. Could you tell me what part number to order, and are left and right the same as I will be ordering both.
