We need 2 of the side load balances. Measurements are: 16-3/4" Long 1/2" wide 5/8" deep on each side. #1620 DSL

I think this is Apex Extended block and tackle balance. Do you carry a replacement?

Window brand name is Nuair. Metal portion of is 17? in length and 5/8 wide. Markings on back are 16 4 CX CMC 4

The window balance metal structure is 17" inches long with nylon type cordage. The cordage broke and I'm in need of replacements but am having a difficult time locating a direct replacement. My broken window balance has 16 3 ES CALDWELL marked on the metal portion.

Hello! I live in central Florida. The window in the spare bedroom was difficult to open, until my son forced it, and then it wouldn't open at all. Hi, I talked to Steve just now so here are some pics of both ends. 1620 is stamped on the side and it is 1/2 inch x 17 long. Your shoes measure 1 inch..the 15-004, mine are shy of that by 1/8 inch..maybe worn I don't know. Thanks so much, Kathi

My sash is missing balance channels on both sides. I've determined that a S380 will work as a replacement but I don't know how long it should be. The sash is 21 high and weighs 15 lbs. it looks like a 16, 17, 18, or 19 in length could work. What determines the optimum length. Thanks David ... (cont.)
