S380-17 17" Series 380 Channel Balance

To whom it may concern. I am attempting to replace all the window balance rods in my new to me home in Florida. I live 1400 miles away but took some measurements and brought one home with me. Please help me identify this so I can purchase new ones for every window.

length of window balance is 17 inches width is 1/2 inchOnly number marking is 16E as seen in 1763 jpgDon't know the window make/manufacturerWould like to order 2 Need to replace because the string broke inside on one of the balances.Gary thanks

I need to replace one broken window sash part. The set I have appears to be two different manufacturers. The broken one says Caldwell. Thank you.

Brad here again.This is from my bathroom window. Another Kinro window. Window V.O is 27 1/2" x 36 5/8". The channel length is 17". That's the metal channel length. There's a serial # visible in pic 2. I would like to replace both sides.Thanks!Brad

I'm looking for 2 sets of the attached pictures. The picture is of a good set of balances for my windows. The channel lengths are 16-3/8" and 17". Markings on the 17" one says 16 3 IN CALDWELL. Markings on the 16-3/8" one says 16 3 BSI DR

I need a replacement for this channel balance. The width is 1/2" and the length is 17". The balance is printed with "16 2 IS CALDWELL". There are no other markings I could see. Thanks for your assistance!

So I know this is a 17" balance and I've found the s380-s385 that resemble it but my shoe depth is 7/8. If I get the s380 can I shave off 1/8 or do you offer a version with the 7/8 shoe?

I HAVE INCLUDED PHOTO OF THE TOP OF THE BALANCE AND THE BOTTOM OF THE BALANCE. THE BALANCE BODY IS 17 INCHES LONG AND HAS THE NUMBER 3650 STAMPED ON IT....1/2 INCH WINDE. I NEED 4 OF THESE.
