I think I have 900 series windows nu air 25 years old need new balancers need four @1640 14 @ 2830 and two @ 2220

the channel bottom and top pix are from existing smaller width window (36x36) recently retrofitted by a fellow no longer in town. please help me order a pair for the kitchen window which is 36h x 48w.

Hi. We have a single hung aluminum Jeld-Wen window that needs a new balance. The code on the side says 1620. The little plastic tab broke. Any idea which one we need? It's 17" long x 1/2". Thanks!

I Need left and right channel

We suspect that these original balances were too weak to work properly. All the houses in our development used the same identical window, except ours. We bought a house in October, 2022 with two double hung windows that have not operated correctly. Each window is missing a spring and the take out hangers appear to be damaged. We would like to replace all 4 springs and all take out hangers

Block and Tackle Window Balance for non-tilt window, marked 16-3 DN CALDWELL, has a broken cord. I assume I need to replace the whole Block and Tackle Balance, but I'm not sure which is the correct one. Caen't determine bottom depth due to wear. It's either a 380 or 385 depending on depth. Any help is appriciated. Measured depth is ~ 0.900 inches. Eric

Springs are rusty and don't snap back. Metal is 17". Window weighs 6 lbs. Markings are faint but seem to be: DB HO1 16-1 Can you send link to purchase 2?

The channels are 17 inches long, not counting the ends parts and has a stamp on the back "16 5 Caldwell EM"

Looking to replace broken window sash but can't identify the right number. 17 inches in length with the numbers on the attached photos.

I have 11 windows of several different sizes. The all are the same style. From looking at your website I think they are style 385. The metal channels are 1/2 inch. The shoe part is 1 3/32 inch deep.
