Originally for Windows manufactured by Northwest aluminum products. The balancers are stamped BSI on both. One is numbered 1820. The other is numbered 11220. They are identical other than the length

Hello. The nylon piece in the window balance broke. I would like to order a replacement balance but am not sure which one I need. I think the boots guide is a Caldwell 15P170 and the top guide is a 15P124 but I'm not sure. I have more photos if needed. Thanks for your help!

Need a 19 inch channel balance for a Pella window model 5200 SH. Channel measurement is the from metal end to metal end.

They measure 1/2" across and the length is 19". The sting on the one balance busted.

Metal body is almost 19 inches. Markings state 18 9 IV CMC 7

I ordered replacement channel balances S350 (S350-17 and S350-19) for my mother but they aren't correct shoe types (too wide).
