S380-20 20" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hi, I have a 20" 19 4 JP Caldwell channel Balance that needs replacing. It looks like it has a 19005 top but I can't tell the difference between the 15-004 and the 15-005 shoes so it's either an S380 or an S385. Would either one work? I am looking to purchase replacement counter balances for a Vinyl Window. The ends look like Series 380 Channel. I measure the length and it is 20 inches. I do not know the Option to select when ordering. There is no stamped number in the Balance. However there is a label on the side "19 4 IT C ... (cont.)
