I need a window balance for an old Insulate/Certainteed single hung. The balance is stamped 19 3 FR Caldwell

I'm trying to purchase a pair of sash springs for a window in my home. Could you please check my attached photos? I'd like to know what windows I have, too, if you can tell from the info. Thanks so much-

We have a 20 4 EX CMC 7 channel balances. The rope is broken. The shoe is only 1", we think the replacement should be S380-20, but which option should we choose? Thanks!

The balancers I need to replace are stamped Caldwell 20 3 KK. I looked through your pages and it looks like it would be a S380-20. It looks like it has a 19005 top but I can't tell the difference between the 15-004 and the 15-005 shoes so it's either an S380 or an S385. Would either one work?
