Hi, Looking for these that actually looks like the one used in your "How to identify" video. ( https://www.swisco.com/videos/view189 ) but need to be sure before ordering. I also need some of the frame clip that retain the channel balance also as attached. Thanks for your help

I been ordering S377 but need it with this tip instead

The balance length is 18" and the spring strength code stamped on the side is 1710. I've looked at tops and shoes in your catalog. The closest shoe seems to be 15-004; the closest top seems to be 19-034. But I'm not so sure on either of those, especially the top.

I am looking to replace this channel balancer. The part number stamped on it is q-28-1. It is 29" long (channel only) excluding the top and bottom accessories. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

The channel balance 385 has the closest top guide I could find for sale online to the ones in my windows. The only reference I could find was the Bellview 10269 top, but have not been able to locate any for purchase.The only real difference I can see is the 19-005 has short wings while mine has wing ...
