S390-15 15" Series 390 Channel Balance

Need to replace these sash balances...4 pair of 27" (sash size=40" x 30") and 4 pair of I5" (sash size=18" x 44").

Can you tell me what series of channal balance this is? It's 15" long. 1417 is stamped on the balance.

Need help identifying a replacement part to order. Metal (end to end) measures 15"

I have a small window with failed balances and broken hardware. The balances are 16" long and 1/2" wide. I've provided photos of the balances with a photo of the stamp, as well as the balance clips/brackets. I appreciate your help. Please respond as needed.

Need to identify a corr3ect replacement for the window balances

Twice a year I clean the outside of my windows. This year one of the balances came lose and fell in the back of my building.

Marking in grave is: B.S.I 1410 15 inches long metal channel. The Width of the metal channel is half is 5/8 . The bottom part is 1 1/8 .

Hello, I measured dimensions per your specs and the 15 inch series 390 is what I would require. The only thing I'm not sure of is the sash weight range. The stamp on the side says 14E U.S.B. Please advise. Thank You, Dan
