hello, my metal tubes are 12 3/8" long. the color of the balance tip is blue. the outer diameter of the metal tube is 5/8".

I have 7 windows that have black tips on the spiral balances and are 30" in length and 3/8" in dia. I have 2 windows that have white tips, 30" in length 3/8 in dia and 1 window with white tip 13" in length and 3/8" dia. I see the black and white tip in the ID section but I don't see the black and ... (cont.)

Hi, My window currently has two bad balances. They are 5/8" with the red tip at 13" length. The window weighs 16lbs. Is the red rated for that much weight? Best, John

The framework between the glass panes is repeatedly stamped "SAI" and "88". The latches that release the pane are marked "Tilt Safe (Pat. Pending)" Is this a Season All window?

My spiral tube for the tilt in window has a green tip. Which of your tubes will work for me? Thank you Susi

I have attached a picture of my kitchen window. I would like to replace the balances for the top window but I am not sure what to order.
