S700-23 23" Series 700 Channel Balance

I need some help on ordering

I think it's a Series 700 Channel Balances with 19-001 top attach. i have an old window with no part number on the side. Please provide me with a part number to order.

All the windows in my house need new slides. The length of the actual metal of slide is 23". The width of the channel metal is 1/2"

We need the channel caps for the top of our window channel balances. You have already sent us the channels and they are fine. But we need the caps for the top of the channels. We don't want to return the channels they are fine. The item number,for the previous number is S371-23, 23" option 2220. Ple ... (cont.)

need replacement window balance to work in a 2220 aluminum window. The metal portion is 23" long & 9/16" deep x 1/2" wide. I don't know what brand the windows are but were installed in 1976.

Please tell me which 23" channel balance this is and which required options I need to select. Thank you.

I am in the process of selling my parents' home and I need to get some windows to stay up in order to obtain a certificate of occupancy. I have a 23" series 700 balance with a "143 japan" stamp. Also have a 15" series 700 balance with a "15 japan" stamp. Is this stamp info sufficient to order replacements or is it necessary to weigh the sash?
