S800-17 17" Series 800 Channel Balance

I need help with finding a sash guide to replace the ones I have. I know that the 17" 16B Series 800 channel balance will work, but I can't find the exact sash. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I want to make sure I get the correct product

We have two types of window balances in an Apartment complex the marking on the attached picture is 16c the other balance is marked 24c. Need 2 balances for a 5 lb. sash. Markings on balance 16 C, BSI, RN. Need 2 balance stop clips.

I have a window issue that I need help on. The overall length of the balance is 17 1/4 inches in length and 7/16 inches in width and I think it could be to long for the window. I have a channel balance that has the number 16CZ stamped on it it is 17" long and has the same hardware as S800-17. is this the same as the 16C?
