S900-13 13" Series 900 Spiral Balance

Hi, Attached, please find the pictures of the balance spring/tilt mechanism parts I need for the window in my bathroom. I spoke to Chris this morning and he wanted to see this to clarify which parts I needed. The pictures also don't show it but the balance spring is a white cap version not a red ... (cont.)

13" item does not show color green or red and I need red. What do I do?

Andersen single hung Winddows do not stay, The diamater is 3/8 29 Lenth for four windows needs 8 spiral balance, and a window 3/8 diameter 13 Lenth I need 2 spiral baalance, as you can see and the picturo green color , not sure which serial number to order, please help me out.

My spiral tube for the tilt in window has a green tip. Which of your tubes will work for me? Thank you Susi

Sprial Balance and Screw Pivot Bar and Screws I purchased: 2 S900-13 Sprial Balance, wrong size 2 Installation Screws, wrong size 8 26-040 3" Pivot Bars, doesn't work, only has one screw, need 2 Please see attached photo and advise. Thank you, Bonnie

Hello, how can I losen my vinly double hung windows? They have spiral balance. also some of them don't stay up. how can i fix that? What can I do? Thank You!
