Our doors are about 30 years old and are grinding metal on metal because of wornout parts. Please advise on all parts that should be replaced. Please contact me, I am sending photo's and would like to replace all parts that will make the doors run smoothly again

The unit was built in the 1979. We recently bought it. There are five doors like this in the unit. One of the doors is missing the track for the floor and the bottom hardware for the door- making the door nonfunctional. A label on the door says "Benchmark"

I am in need of a track for a metal bi-fold closet door. 4 foot opening. All I see in you parts list is the track for the 3 and 6 foot openings. Is it possible to cut the 6 foot track (21-403) or am I missing the part number foot the 4 foot track?
