I am in need of some window parts and am hoping you can help me. I have TRACO Vinyl windows and am looking to replace the Constant Force Balances has broken on one of the window. picture included, The writing I can make out on the coil is #7.

I have been searching for these replacement parts. However my dimensions are off. I am coming up with an 1" to 1 1/8" x 1/2" thick your parts are an 1 1/4" will these work I have attached a picture. Also can you explain how the tandem housing is used thankyou.

Hello: I have a T55 Tilt out, double hung window. The right side slide and pivot mechanism, which is evidently spring loaded, has broken, and I can't seem to find the whole replacement unit on your site. Do you know what I am talking about? The metal coil broke on both sides of the lower of a double hung window. I can figure out the part I need on your site (series 180, 6lb coil)but I can't see how to remove the bottom part of the mechanism (the rest of the coil encased in plastic) from the side channel of the frame. Any suggestions? ... (cont.)
