Hello, I need to replace window balances in a couple of windows. They're about 20 years old. The spring is just under 1/2" and stamped Caldwell 5#-35" EX. Do you sell these or have a replacement balance? Thanks, Ken

No Identifying marks other than US Patent #5,353,548 I have several rentals that have these windows that need the balances replaced. I would like to have a few of these overnighted to me, then have a source to get them from when needed

Swisco.com I have a vinyl double hung, double glass, tilt inward replacement window with broken 1/2 inch coils on each side. I removed each broken coil from each of the tracks and they are both stamped 7FB. There are 2 holes at the top end that were attached with a mounting bracket that looks ... (cont.)

I have a kitchen replacement window were both coil sash supports are broken. It appears that the coil broke away. There are two parts. The pivot foot and further up the track a hook type part were the coil connects to. The part # that I was able to find is #5353548. Silver coil. Still trying to fiq ... (cont.)

I have a 35 lb window double hung tilt sash window that will not stay open. Each side of the window uses three series 180 coils, one 15-087 and two 15-086 tandem housings (coils appear to be marked 6 lb / 6 lb / 7 lb - so it should provide a total balance weight for ~ 38 lbs). Purchased 15-087 Coil Housing Pivots, 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing, and S180-4 4lb Series 180 Coil Balances. I just don't know how to put them together correctly or install them in the window.

Need several of these. Both left and right. Our windows were installed at least 15 years ago by BEST windows here in New Jersey. I;ve also ordered 10 sets of Tilt Window latches.

I have been searching for these replacement parts. However my dimensions are off. I am coming up with an 1" to 1 1/8" x 1/2" thick your parts are an 1 1/4" will these work I have attached a picture. Also can you explain how the tandem housing is used thankyou.

The metal coil broke on both sides of the lower of a double hung window. I can figure out the part I need on your site (series 180, 6lb coil)but I can't see how to remove the bottom part of the mechanism (the rest of the coil encased in plastic) from the side channel of the frame.
