We have tall double hung Viking window each panel about 18" W x35" H. I don't know how heavy, but I guess about 10-12lbs each, possibly more. I am pretty sure a 15-087 housing will work for me, but I'm not sure about what coil spring to use. The old one has "527X" etched on it. What would be the correct replacement? Thank You, Art

Just watched your video on replacing coil balance. When we opened up the channel, found that there is no opening to slide anything up to that will allow removal of parts. I've attached 4 photos I took of the window parts I need to order for a Viking Tilt Window. If I could get two of each part for each side of the window that would be great. Hi I have a vinyl Viking double hung window that needs two balance coil springs for the upper sash. The window size is 30 X 41 with double glazed frosted glass.
