I have two Traco double hung windows that do not stay up. The balance is broken. Its a coil that sprung out and now I have to use a rod to keep the two windos open. Some of our tilt windows will not stay open. Please help me find the correct balances for them. What is easiest way to remove the balance? PAT. 5,353,548

Need several of these. Both left and right. Our windows were installed at least 15 years ago by BEST windows here in New Jersey. I;ve also ordered 10 sets of Tilt Window latches.

I have been searching for these replacement parts. However my dimensions are off. I am coming up with an 1" to 1 1/8" x 1/2" thick your parts are an 1 1/4" will these work I have attached a picture. Also can you explain how the tandem housing is used thankyou.
