Hi I have a vinyl Viking double hung window that needs two balance coil springs for the upper sash. The window size is 30 X 41 with double glazed frosted glass. I removed the parts and on the coil I could see it is etched with a large 7 then a smaller 37w at the end of the spring. Could you please ... (cont.)

4 inches in length, 1 inch wide by 9/16 deep. I picture shows the part separated/broken. The other picture shows the part unbroken. Need to find the replacement parts if they are available. Thank you, Lynn

Vinyl windows were made in Canada and now not available. Need help determining which window sash balance mechanism I need. Do you have any thoughts on how to repair the area the pivot bar screw to?

Hello, I need to replace window balances in a couple of windows. They're about 20 years old. The spring is just under 1/2" and stamped Caldwell 5#-35" EX. Do you sell these or have a replacement balance? Thanks, Ken

No Identifying marks other than US Patent #5,353,548 I have several rentals that have these windows that need the balances replaced. I would like to have a few of these overnighted to me, then have a source to get them from when needed

Swisco.com I have a vinyl double hung, double glass, tilt inward replacement window with broken 1/2 inch coils on each side. I have a 35 lb window double hung tilt sash window that will not stay open. Each side of the window uses three series 180 coils, one 15-087 and two 15-086 tandem housings (coils appear to be marked 6 lb / 6 lb / 7 lb - so it should provide a total balance weight for ~ 38 lbs). Purchased 15-087 Coil Housing Pivots, 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing, and S180-4 4lb Series 180 Coil Balances. I just don't know how to put them together correctly or install them in the window.

Don't know the brand of windows. They were installed approx. 25 years ago. All custom made. I need at least a dozen sets of the attached balances. Also, the pins at the bottom of the window need to be replaced. A pic is also attached.

I looked up the window balancer via the patent number. Your web site came up. The 15-087 appears to be what I need. I am unsure of the coil spring. Also the pivot bar is completely risted off. I do not see the part number for that. I had to order the sash spreader to remove the balancers. Is there a ... (cont.)
