i have a bottom sash window that needs new coils both sides See photo this photo is of the top sash coils which is working Bottom part of the coil has a 5 stamped on it Top part of the coil has a 7 stamped on it both in the same window channel

Please help me to identify this part , I need 4 of them.

One of my balance things is broken. I'm unable to get it out as there is no groove for me to slide it out of, not even hiding under anything. I have Peter Kohler windows in my condo. They were made in 2002. The serial number is 307266002. The balances and pivot bars on the bottom sash broke. I am attaching photos. The window is 37 by 55 inches. Would you have these parts?

My coil balance has a double coil. Patent number 5.353.548. The cam does not allow the sash to be lifted out. Best I can tell, two screws must be removed from the bottom of the sash to remove the pivot arm. Also is there any way to purchase new top and bottom rails for vinyl windows? The su ... (cont.)

Hi I have a vinyl Viking double hung window that needs two balance coil springs for the upper sash. The window size is 30 X 41 with double glazed frosted glass. I removed the parts and on the coil I could see it is etched with a large 7 then a smaller 37w at the end of the spring. Could you please ... (cont.)

Vinyl windows were made in Canada and now not available. Need help determining which window sash balance mechanism I need. Do you have any thoughts on how to repair the area the pivot bar screw to?
