Hi, both my window coil balance broke. I am trying to find a replacement but I am not sure how to order the parts. Thank you!

I need replacement 7 pound coil balancer for silver line window.

The balance case is white plastic, and the rotating cog that holds the window is light blue plastic. I don't see a stamp on the coil. The only number is PAT5,353,548.

Windows keep falling down, cant stay open, it seems the failing part goes on the side of the window?and connects to the removable bottom part of the window ( the one that goes up and down when opening) that part also seems to be failing

I'd like to repair with an understanding of how this #7 spring attachment. I would also like to purchase the spreader tool also hence the broken plastic.

Bottom left window of pair of windows (left and right) has 2 issues. First issue is the coil balance on lower left window is broken. Image 2 and 3 are of the sticker on the window. I need two of the following: pivot shoe, coil balance, and support. As you can see in the provided photo of the manufacturer label, it appears to be a B50 Series (American Craftsman) window. Hello, I'm trying to identify what parts I need to repair my window. Both housing pivot and tandem housing have Pat #5,353,548 stamped on them and both balance coils have 5# stamp on them. It looks like just the client part is broken and the window doesn't lock into place to move up and down. The right side. The left side is fine and works. Is it possible to know what I need to replace and his to replace this? One of the photos shows the sticker on the window too if that helps. Thank ... (cont.)
