Could you please help me identify this part for my window

This coil balance has a "4" stamped on it ,it measures 2-3/8 inch long , 1-1/4 wide and 9/16 thick. Does this part come loaded with the spring?

does the coil spring just sit inside the shoe or is it held in olace inside of it s-180-09

I need to know what replacement parts to order.

I'm looking for the parts shown above. I need the coil spring and the mounting bracket. I would like to replace everything.

Looks like both sides are broken. Right side has more coils detached than the left. No id on the plastic other than a pat #. Did not cut the vinyl tracks to remove coils yet. Any idea what these are or if you sell a replacement? Or how can I remove them safely to allow future installation of replac ... (cont.)

Only Markings are the L10 and R10, showing position on window and resistance in pounds. Willing to use any other replacements you make have that include coil housing and corresponding shoe.

Hi, when the window opens, and I try to hold it, it won't stop, just sliding down. I am trying to replace it. Is it only to fix this issue, by the way?

This is a picture of the right side balance. It is working. The coil on the left is pulled out. I assume we should replace both sides at the same time? I just wanted to confirm which model we need.
