Stamp says 00 but cant find anywhere that has 00

One of the coils on the constant force balance is broken on my American Chraftsman (8500) lower window. It's a 14 pound sash The number on the side of the opposite side is PAT5,353,548 There is a number 7 stamped on the side. Could you please steer me in the right direction for replacements. J ... The 3 coils are marked 2 are 6z and 1 is 5z. The plastic housing is shattered. I will need the comple unit for both sides of the window. Also need instructions on how to remove and install.Pat

This coil balance has a "4" stamped on it ,it measures 2-3/8 inch long , 1-1/4 wide and 9/16 thick. Does this part come loaded with the spring?

does the coil spring just sit inside the shoe or is it held in olace inside of it s-180-09

I'm looking for the parts shown above. I need the coil spring and the mounting bracket. I would like to replace everything.

Looks like both sides are broken. Right side has more coils detached than the left. No id on the plastic other than a pat #. Did not cut the vinyl tracks to remove coils yet. Any idea what these are or if you sell a replacement? Or how can I remove them safely to allow future installation of replac ... (cont.)

Only Markings are the L10 and R10, showing position on window and resistance in pounds. Willing to use any other replacements you make have that include coil housing and corresponding shoe.
