S180-03 3 lbs Series 180 Coil Balance

I am pretty sure a 15-087 housing will work for me, but I'm not sure about what coil spring to use. The old one has "527X" etched on it. What would be the correct replacement? Thank You, Art

I have determined following your directions that I need S180 coils to fix my window. Is it unusual for both sets on both sides to fail at the same time? Do the coil housings need to be replaced too, or can they be reused if undamaged? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Yes, the coil sits freely in the housing, clipped to the shoe at the bottom of the channel.
