Pat# 5.353.548 for one of the balances. Both window balances are broken. The single metal band is snapped in half on both sides.

The window made a loud snapping noise as I was opening it. I figure the spring broke. I am enclosing these photos. I think I need 2 sides coil balance parts, 2 tilt latch's and 2 pivot shoes. I could also use weather stripping if you sell that.Thanks for your help, Jon

pat.5,353,548i have these constant force balances throughout my house. many of them snap up when you take sash out for cleaning. i measured the square footage of the bottom sash. i have ten windows, and i came up with 3 weights. 6 bottom sash weigh 21.4 lbs. 2 sash weigh 18.2 lbs.2 sash weigh 15 lbs ... Hi I am trying to identify the attached spring balance which is a triple. The length of the top sash is 36" and the lower sash is the same.
