S600-40 40" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

Hi, I've been doing some maintenance on our windows that all use 40" 5/8 spiral balances. Thanks to a very helpful post on your site, I was able to lubricate all but one of the windows and am happy with how they open and close. However, one of the spiral balances is broken, so I plan to order two to ... (cont.)

This balance has the prongs on both ends. Do you have anything like this if so I much will it be?

Black tip existing on 3/8" X 40" spiral balance. This is next to a 5/8" X 43" spiral balance with a black tip.

This accessory will go with the 40" series 600 spiral tilt window balance. Product Code S600-40 that I will have to also order. The part in the picture is where the bottom tabs of the window go in to and then it slides in the track.

4 failed cover tube for balance springs. 40 inches long due to sun rot.

I have 4 insul.sash windows that needs new balances..where can I purchase these? Thanks John
