S770-18 18" Series 770 Balance

I'm looking to identify a replacement for my window channel balance, which consistently has the string disconnecting. It is labeled with 18B BS1 MJ. There are no other markings on it, and there are no plastics shoes on top or bottom. (This is true for all upstairs windows)

We have a channel balance that has 18E on it and we also have another with 18C. Can you offer any insight on this balance as it doesn't match the balances on your website. Thank you

I couldnt find this balance on the website, and help identifying it would be appreciated. It is 18" long, and 3/8" wide square channel. I think it is a tilting window. It is stamped with "h 17tg"Thank you,Ryan

From the website it looks like series 770 would work.My 4 windows that need to be fixed weigh between 18 and 19lbs. They will also need clips and shoes.

18B B.S.I HP 1/2" x 1/2" x 18" One philips head screw holds in vinyl channel Window size is 31 1/4" wide, 19 1/2" high, double pane insulated vinyl window. Cable seems to have bound up, slipped off guides. Looking for replacement. I recently ordered other parts for this type of window under order ... (cont.)

The stamp on my channel is 17S24. The channel length is 18".There are B.S.I. in small letters stamped perpendicular to the 17S24 and then in even smaller letters there is oc stamped running the same direction as the 17S24.Not sure what to order. Thanks.
