23-012 Door Roller, 1/2" offset, Rear

i tried your i'm afraid i've got bad news it doesn't fit but soooo close. everything but the wheel size is correct wheel should be 3/4 not 7/8 my father used to sell sterling for very long time and we know now that it's supposed to have the smaller wheel size.

One marked A is 1/4" offset and the other one marked B is 1/2" offset

Am trying to find instructions for how to use the "adjustment screw." Turning the screw is difficult & it is unclear that it even has any effect. Need very basic info on what "adjustments (e.g., direction?; distance?)" can be made with the adjustment screw, does the door have to be removed from the ... (cont.)

Looking for this roller or suitable alternative.

There are no manufacturing names or identification numbers on hardware.

I think 23-011 is exactly what just wore out on my wife's closet door but 23-012 looks very similar. What is difference between "front" vs "back" in descriptions? Thanks.

Hello! Do you sell a closet door roller like the ones pictured? The wheel is smaller than what I can find at Home Depot and Lowe's. The graph paper is 4 squares/inch. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks, Peggy

We have Lawrence Brothers bypass door hangers on our bedroom closet. On of the hangers broke. A trip to the local hardware store came up empty. They had a similar hanger however it has a flat-edged wheel. Ours has a rounded edge and the new one would not fit in the track.I was wondering if the 23-04 ... (cont.)

I ordered 8 of part 23-047. The roller is flat not round like the old one. Can help with the proper match or remedy ? Fits to tight in track. Brad

Hello - I need to replace some old Sterling door hardware....there is a "C" on the hanger....Sterling part may have been 0400-C. The wheels are 3/4" and the offset is also 3/4". product 23-011 looks like what i need but the hole deminison I have is 1 5/8 not 1 1/4 do you have one the size I am looking for. thanks John
