I need your help on this and I have attached three pictures of what I need. Sometimes it is hard matching these parts up using pictures alone. I have some Bonneville windows I installed for a customer about 12 years ago and most of the balance systems are failing. They are labeled Unique. The balance parts seem to be a plastic and not galvanized metal as I find in your online catalog. Please see pictures and see if you can help me out. ... (cont.)

I installed 30 bonneville gold series dbl hung windows. My trim guy shot thru most of the balances putting up the casing! Do you have replacement balances? The balance is marked 11/10- unique 34-d-40.I also have a picture if that helps thanks Chris
