looking for 4 window balances

Could someone help me identify which part this is? The lower window doesn't stay up, and the upper window drops as soon as I release the lock. The number on the balancer is 34tg they are semco windows and the house was built around 1997.

35" long, 1/2" wide , DB D04 34 REG stamped on face

I need to replace 2 inverted balances. They are 35? long and have 15-197 terminal on them. I can not locate a pivot pin that looks like mine. The right side pin (looking from the inside) is broken.
