I'm looking for the top and bottom track for these glass sliding doors. Both measure 96" wide. I bought these but with no track and I'm having difficulty find what track would work with the top at the minimum.I appreciate any information you can provide. Thanks Anthony

This closet door continues to come off the track due to age, wear and tear. As you can see from the photos, the track is pretty beaten up.
