I have some of the tabs broken off. They are spring loaded and hold the upper part of the sash in place. Not sure of the window brand. Maybe Sears?

Kindly let me know the availability. I need for Three [3] tilting windows, that is three pairs { 6 nos in quantity. Your early help is highly appreciated.

Hello I am looking to get some replacement sash guides as the clips on mine have broken. Guides are in working order but the tabs on the clip have broken.

My granddaughter recently purchased a house and we determined there were issues with some of the windows. They are double hung tilt windows. We were fortunate enough that there was some documentation left at the house that showed the purchase of the 25" series 600 spiral balance (S600-25) from you ... (cont.)

We need about ten (10) of these parts. It is a sash tilt latch which locks the window in place after it is pushed back into the frame after cleaning. It is about 3/4" by 2".

We would like to order 12 of these for windows becsuse prongs broken. These slide in order to tip window in or out to clean.

To whom it may concern, I need to know if these replacement parts are available and what is the cost for each of them. Thank You, John
