Need two new Channel Balancers for my front window
I have a 34inch long CB. I'm enclosing pictures of the CB. It has B.S.I. E 3340 stamped in the metal. Also the lower piece of plastic has a depth of ONE inch. Windows were manufactured in 1994.

Is S350 the right type for my window channel balance? My width 1/2". My metal only length 34". Number stamped: 3330. Is top sash guide 18-110 the right type? My measurements as per your website picture seem to match. Please see the attached pictures. Thanks

replace broken channel balance
I have a broken channel balance, the cord snapped, also the pin holding the spring broke. The housing is 34", the marking is 3330, which I believe means a 34" balance supporting 30 pounds weight. The other balance (which is not broken) is marked 3320. Does that mean it's a 20 pound balance? Or or ... (cont.)

We can't figure out which one to order. We are the 3330 marked clearly but how do we know which one to order? I think there is a faint 70 marked on the metal. (Zoom in on one pic to see) Does that mean we should order the 370? Thanks for the help!!
