S350-34 34" Series 350 Channel Balance

Hi, I have this channel balance the plastic string wheel is broken. Also the sash guide is broken too. Is 3304 the right replacement for the channel balance? What's the matching sash guide should I get? Thank you! Zhigang

I'm not sure how to identify which top an bottom plastic guides I need.

I think it's called a block & tackle balance.It's the spring bar mechanism on the sides of my windows; to be able to pull up and down smoothly. Hi. Time to replace this balance and maybe more. This is for a non-tilt 1/2 inch wide channel balance. The length of the balance not including the ends is 34 inches. Hi I need a total of 14 window balance sets I have 9 that are 34 in Long and have a number on it that says 3340 and has a sideways marking that says tsf. it is weird though because some of the same size ones have the same number but have a u at the back end of it says 3340U tsf.
