I have a window from CertainTeed manufactured in March 2006, series 8500 36x72". The label is attached. The plastic cam in the pivot shoe is broken so the shoe will not lock in place when the window is tilted. The spring has snapped up into the top of the channel and the window will not stay open. Hello, I wrote in a few months ago but didn't have enough info for you to help ID my parts. I will post the same photos again this time. I believe I need new Window coil and shoe. I have included a picture. Window does not stay open. Can you help identify the right pieces. There is a 7 on the coil itself.

I'm not sure I'm using the correct terms, but this is the sash in the frame of the window on the left side (if you're facing the window). The plastic piece at the bottom is split. Hello I was hoping you can help me identify these coil balance parts. The coil is 1/2" wide and is stamped with a 9. It's a triple coil I think the detent clip and bushings are good I would like to replace the pivot shoe and coils. Thank you for your help with this.

The windows are 10 yrs old and they came out of there balance mechanisms and appear a dead weight. The nylon holders seemed to have cracked. They are double pane, tilt to clean, 36 Height by 34 Wide.
