I identified a single hung needing a coil balance. I think the series is 1255/3500/3540hs it is a single coil.

I currently have two windows that were manufactured incorrectly as they were made with single coil springs. The sash seems to way about 20-22lbs (33in x 30in double pain). Therefore the single coil they put in the window was insufficient. My other windows have double coils as shown in the picture at ... (cont.)

Need to repair broken sash spring. I included a picture. The windows have no markings or brand identification. The window is 29.5" x 36". Double pane. I came it with 24 lb. That would be a 12 lb sash spring for each side. I assume we would need to purchase two so they would be balance as I do not ... (cont.)

Hello Customer support, on your website I saw a similar coil to mine shown in the photo. It looks like the 190 series. We have 2 coils as shown in the pic, one is stamped 740 the other 840. Your site has the 740 but not the 840. How can we find the 840? Is there a special tool to replace these coils ... (cont.)

this looks like a double coil assembly. I did not remove the assembly so I don't know specifically which parts I will need. Can I buy the entire assembly? I will need two. Are they handed? If so I will need left and right.

Coil balance is 4"long 1 & 1/8" wide with depth of 5/8". Pivot bar is 3" long with screws.

Looking for attached part...the only marking I have is on the spring and its a 6. The attached part is for a larger window. I also have a smaller window that needs the same part. I'm looking for the whole assembly for both windows.
