Hello, I have a set of balances from an old Andersen double hung window that need replacing. The balance dimensions are 6-5/16" X 3" X 3/4". One is stamped 725 1 B23 1290 The other is stamped 725 1 BD56 1290 Would you have a replacement for these? By the way, you guys rock. Thanks, D ... (cont.)

I did not remove the broken part but I have this information. Andersen double hung window built in 1989. cig 2.2-89 daylight glass size of upper and lower sash is 28 3/8" X 13 7/8".

Looking for a set of balancers The original part # from the one I removed on the left hand side is: 11600-2 and D82 7#31 5-79 There are two of these windows side by side, so I'm assuming they are going to be the same. I need to fix these windows for an inspection on the 9th.

I just replaced the balances in two of my Andersen windows, using your Andersen 24-737 and 24-1033. The window with the 737s works fine. The lower (front) sash using the 24-1033 works fine, but the upper sash on that window sags. What could cause this?
