The numbers on the main body just above the Andersen name and logo are 11600-17. There are numbers on the tab where the staple attaches the balance to the window. on left side of tab it has 927. On the right side of the tab it has R42 4 90 On the other side of the balance there are numbers just ... (cont.)

I need to order 3 Anderson Sash Balances but I can't find corresponding numbers on your site. The numbers stamped on the unit are E48 , 9#27 the windows were installed in 1979. the date stamped on the unit is 10/77. Thanks for your help. Steve

Need help identifying the two balancer boxes we need replaced. Installed back in 1987. The number on the balance is E32 9#27 12 85. Last two numbers are hard to read, think it is 85. The emblem on them has AW inside a triangle? Other marks on the window is 11600-17.
